  • Poonamchand is an Experienced Professional having the 14 years’ experience in Corporate Accounts, Taxation and Internal Auditing.
  • He is involved in planning, advising, consulting on indirect taxation matter including GST, Service Tax, Excise and Customs.
  • He has a very good experience of Internal Audis for Management purpose of large and medium corporate clients along with its reporting, rectification and resolutions.
  • He independently handled Internal, Statutory, Stock and Management Audits of large corporate enterprise.
  • He has also completed the Concurrent, Revenue, Migration, Statutory Audits of Nationalized, Co-operative & Private sector Banks.
  • His Corporate Experience includes the exposure of multinational companies including Hindustan Unilever Limited, Coal India Limited, Vodafone Essar Cellular Limited etc.
  • He was a Second Line Partner for five years in Pune based CA firm after completion of his article ship training 2007 in the same firm.
  • He independently handled the Indirect Tax Department of renowned CA firm with his team for five years.

He believes in a catalytic approach in expanding the portfolio of the company’s services from single faced practices to multi-faceted consultancy with technological driven perception and methods.

  • Neeta is basically a Doctorate of Philosophy in Human Resource Management.
  • She has more than ten year of experience of training and teaching in the subject of Accounts and Finance.
  • She is keen interest in research activities related to Accounts and Finance.
